A message from Beulaville's Chief of Police, Hal Williams:
"Citizens of Beulaville, I want to let you know that there's a new attitude in this town. Your Police Department has recently launched a new, hi-tech assault on crime. The recent, publicly acclaimed implementation of our Technology Against Crime initiative has turned out to be very effective. In early August, we broke the previous record for the number of dirtbags arrested in one day. Over thirty five felons were arrested and an unheard of 155 charges were filed against them on behalf of the citizens of Beulaville. You may have seen it on the news, as it received nationwide attention. As Beulaville's Chief of Police, I promise you this: We will not rest until our community is safe and secure. We live here too. And we like it."
